Manure Company, and to extend its Powers.

HERE AS by "
Company's Act, 1852," reciting, amongst other things,
certain Letters Patent, whereby Her Majesty had been
pleased to grant to Thomas Wicksteed, and his Executors, Adminis-
trators, and Assigns, the sole Privilege of making, using, exercising,
and vending, within Her Majesty's Dominions, as in the said Act more
fully appears, Inventions relating to Improvements in the Manufacture
of Manure, and in Machinery to be used therein, it was, amongst
other things, enacted, that several Persons in the said Act named,
and all Persons who had already subscribed or should thereafter
subscribe to the Undertaking in the said Act mentioned, and their
Executors, Administrators, and Assigns respectively, were and should
be united into a Company for the Purpose of making, using, exercising,
and vending the said Patent Inventions, and of undertaking and
carrying on the Trade, or Business of disinfecting and deodorizing
Sewage and Filth, and extracting, producing, and manufacturing, by
