Patrick Industries Closes Acquisition of Wakeboard/Ski Towers Maker Diamondback Towers.

US-based RV, marine and manufactured housing component solutions provider Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) has completed the acquisition of Cocoa, Florida, US-based wakeboard/ski towers and accessories manufacturer Diamondback Towers, LLC d/b/a Diamondback Marine, the company said.
Diamondback Marine serves marine OE.
The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to net income per share.
The business will continue to operate on a stand-alone basis under the Diamondback Marine name in its existing facility.
