Jenny Lilly was jailed for 18 months in October 2018 for embezzling £150,000 from the Real Food Cafe INTYNDRUM and £50,000 from Later LifeTraining in Killin.

However, her not guilty plea to a charge of embezzling £5,039 from Strathfillan Community DevelopmentTrust from July to September, 2016, while employed there as a book keeper had been accepted by the Crown.

The 47-year-old ex-soldier had been caught after transferring £30,000 from Later LifeTraining to the cafe in an attempt to cover up a deficit she had created.

Stirling Sheriff Court heard on Wednesday this week that the Crown wished to vary a restraint order prohibiting Lilly from having dealings over a house.

The fiscal depute told Sheriff Simon Collins there was an application to lift the order, but she did not have further information.

According to Lilly's solicitor Brian Cooney, the lifting of the order would allow the property to be sold for a variable, or adjusted, amount.

Mr Cooney said there was"a significant issue"with the property and"the Crown are vouching for that and are continuing with valuation variation".

Sheriff Collins said he could not see why the matter had been taking so long - and Mr Cooney told the court that"no specific date has been fixed for the sale...
