The aforementioned lengths of road will remain open for the purpose of contractors' plant and for local authority and emergency services. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the Order will be signposted as follows: Diversion Route One: Southbound traffic into Lincoln Road North shall instead proceed eastwards along Pierce Avenue to its junction with Richmond Road. Traffic shall turn right into Richmond Road and proceed south to the junction with A41 Warwick Road. Traffic shall turn right into A41 Warwick Road, proceed in a westerly direction to the junction with Lincoln Road, turn left and proceed in a northerly direction to the junction with Lincoln Road North.
Diversion Route Two: Northbound traffic into Lincoln Road North shall instead proceed south along Lincoln Road and turn left into A41 Warwick Road. Traffic shall proceed in an easterly direction along A41 Warwick Road to the junction with Richmond Road. Traffic shall turn left into Richmond Road and proceed north to the junction with Pierce Avenue. Traffic shall turn left into Pierce Avenue and proceed in a westerly direction, to the junction with Lincoln Road North.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary. The Order will come into operation on December 1st 2020 and will remain in force for a period of 11 days or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 14(2) (CAVENDISH ROAD, NORTH EDGBASTON) (T20213559) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH FOOTPATH) ORDER 2020 Notice is hereby given that Birmingham City Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along the footpath in Cavendish Road between its junction with Rotton Park Road and its junction with Dudley Road.
The diversion route for persons affected by the Order will be signed Rotton Park Road and Dudley Road.
The aforementioned length of footway will remain open for contractor's plant and for local authority and emergency services.
The temporary Order is required to allow Footway Works to be carried out in safety.
