The Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998

Laid before Parliament 25th February 1998

Coming into force 2nd March 1998

The Secretary of State in pursuance of Sections 6(3) and 7(3) of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 19981hereby makes the following Regulations:—

S-1 Citiation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into force on 2nd March 1998.

S-2 Notice of Public Processions and related protest meetings

Notice of Public Processions and related protest meetings

2. Advance notice of a public procession shall be in Form 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations and advance notice of a related protest meeting shall be in Form 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations.

S-3 Revocation

Revocation

3. The Public Order (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19972are hereby revoked.
