LV. Un R. N. esteant seisi de terres in use in consideration de Marriage d'estre eu enter son fits & un B. 14 H. 8. Covenant & grant, &c. That he nor no Feoffee or Feoffees of his have not made, nor hereafter shall make any Grant, Lease, &c. or Alienation of the said Lands, but that all the said Lands and Tenements after his decease shall descend, remain, and come in possession and use to the said Son, and to the Heirs Males of his body, &c.
