...and then the claimants renewed their application before the full court. The decision of the full court is dated 12 December 2017 under R v Weintroub [2017] EWCA 2261 (Crim). It does seem to me that the Court of Appeal have dealt with the matters now raised in this claim. I am not satisfied ......
