Criminal procedure - identification of complainants in sexual cases - child protection not enhanced by statutory ban on identification
THE current trend towards automatic statutory restrictions on the identification of complainants in sexual cases was to be regretted since it was unlikely that essential child protection would thereby be enhanced.
