Decision:
1. The proceedings are struck out under Rule 8(3)(a) for failure to comply with a direction
which stated that failure to comply could lead to the striking out of the proceedings.
REASONS
1. The Appellant lodged an appeal on 27 March 2026 indicating they wished to
challenge a decision of the Respondent to refuse a trainee licence. The Appellant
failed to provide a copy of the decision against which she wishes to appeal. She has
provided a warning letter dated 17 March 2026, but not any decision notice.
2. By Directions and email issued on 9 April 2026, the Appellant was required to provide
a copy of the decision she is seeking to challenge to the Tribunal within 14 days.
3. On 21 May 2026, Legal Officer Bringhurst directed the Appellant to provide a copy of
the decision they are seeking to challenge by no later than 4 June 2026.
