The Board of Agriculture for Scotland, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 18(2) of the Rent and Mortgage Interest Restrictions Act, 1923, as read with Section 18(1) of the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Act, 1920 (10 & 11 Geo. 5. c. 17), and the Order in Council of 14th July, 1922,(a) made under proviso (d) of Section 1 of the Corn Production Acts (Repeal) Act, 1921, hereby determine as follows:—

The amount of the fee payable on any application to the Board for a certificate for the purpose of paragraph (ii) of subsection (1) of Section five of the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Act, 1920, shall be the sum of two guineas.
