THE RENT RESTRICTIONS (FEE) REGULATION, 1924, DATED FEBRUARY 19, 1924, MADE BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES UNDER SECTION 18 (2) OF THE RENT AND MORTGAGE INTEREST RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1923 (13 & 14 GEO. 5. C. 32), DETERMINING FEE ON APPLICATION TO COUNTY AGRICULTURAL COMMITTEE FOR CERTIFICATE THAT DWELLING-HOUSE IS REQUIRED FOR PROPER WORKING OF AN AGRICULTURAL HOLDING.

The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries in exercise of the power conferred on him by Section 18(2) of the Rent and Mortgage Interest Restrictions Act, 1923, hereby determines as follows:—

10 & 11 Geo. 5. c. 17.

1. The amount of the fee payable on any application to a County Agricultural Committee for a certificate for the purpose of paragraph (ii) of Sub-section (1) of Section five of the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Act, 1920, shall be such amount not exceeding the sum of two guineas as the Agricultural Committee, in accordance with any directions given by the County Council, may in each case require.

2. The Regulation made by the Minister on the 27th day of August, 1923,(a) as to the fee so payable is hereby revoked.

3. This Regulation may be cited as the Rent Restrictions (Fee)...
