Seat, a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG (Xetra: VW), has added a new 2.0-litre petrol and 2.0-litre diesel engine to the Leon hatchback and estate in the United Kingdom.
The petrol engine delivers 187bhp and can accelerate the vehicle from zero to 62mph in 7.4 seconds and on to a top speed of 144mph.
The 2.0-litre hatch is priced from GBP28,810 and is offered in FR, FR Sport, Xcellence and Xcellence Lux trims. Entry FR trim features 17in alloy wheels, sports suspension, rain-sensing wipers, ambient interior lighting, dark tinted rear windows and smartphone integration as standard.
