Protective services provider Securitas AB (STO:SECUB) said on Friday that it has agreed to acquire Tepe Güvenlik A.S., an electronic security company based in Turkey.
The purchase price is approximately EUR10m (SEK100m) on a debt-free basis.
Tepe Güvenlik specialises in electronic security solutions, alarm systems and alarm monitoring for corporate clients, SMEs and residential customers. In 2020 its annual sales were approximately EUR8.5m (SEK85m), of which more than 70% were on a recurring monthly revenue basis.
