An Act for facilitating the Execution of certain
Trusts for Charitable and Public Purposes within
the Town of
Sheffield
in the County of York.

HEREAS under and by virtue of a certain Deed bearing Date
the Tenth Day of
August
One thousand two hundred and
ninety-seven, and a Decree of the Commissioners for Charit-
able Uses, made in the Year One thousand six hundred and eighty-one,
and a Decree and Order of His Majesty's High Court of Chancery,
bearing Date'respectively the Fifteenth Day of
February
One thousand
eight hundred and fourteen and the Twenty-sixth Day of April One
thousand eight hundred and seventeen, made in a Cause between His
Majesty's Attorney General, Informant, and John Greaves and others,
Defendants, certain Messuages, Cottages, Houses, Lands, Tenements,
and Hereditaments in the Town of
Sheffield,
and other Property, have
become vested in the several Persons herein-after named absolutely, in
Trust to apply the Rents and Profits thereof for various Charitable and
Public Uses within the said Town of
Sheffield:
And whereas by reason
of the Number of the said Trustees Inconvenience and Expence have
arisen in Cases of Leases and other Instruments required to be executed
by the Trustees for the Time being, and it will be of Advantage to the
said Charity and Trust to obviate such Inconvenience and Expence in
those Cases for the future in the Manner herein-after mentioned; but the
