The Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 1991

Made 20th February 1991

Laid before Parliament 6th March 1991

Coming into force 1st April 1991

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Courts of Law Fees (Scotland) Act 18951, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:

S-1 This Order may be cited as the Sheriff Court Fees Amendment...

1. This Order may be cited as the Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

S-2 For the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the Sheriff Court Fees...

2. For the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the Sheriff Court Fees Order 19852there shall be substituted the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to this Order.

S-3 The Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 1990 is hereby revoked.

The Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 1990 is hereby revoked.

3. The Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 19903is hereby revoked.
