US-based alternative risk solutions and captive management services provider Specialty Captive Group, a division of Specialty Program Group LLC, has acquired the assets of a group captive unit from risk, benefits and integrated business solutions provider Sedgwick, the company said.

The highly skilled group captive team will continue servicing the needs of existing clients, captive members and broker partners, in addition to offering their expertise to other Specialty Captive Group clients.
