certain land which is conse-

a
burial ground in the urban district
of
Harrow
to
authorise the sale
of
such land
and its use
for
building
or
otherwise and
for
other purposes.

HEREAS by deed dated the twenty-eighth day

of
September nineteen hundred and six
a
piece
of land containing two acres one rood and twenty perches
was
conveyed to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners
for
England under the authority
of
the Church Building
Acts
1818
to
1884
as and
for
an additional burial ground
for the parish
of
Great Stanmore
:
And whereas the said piece
of
land was on the first
day
of
June nineteen hundred and seven consecrated
as and
for
additional burial ground
for
the said parish
for
ever and thereupon became vested in the incumbent
of
the said parish:
And whereas the said piece
of
land has never been
used
for
burial purposes:
And whereas
it
is
expedient that the said piece
of
land should be freed from
all
restrictions which
may affect the same by reason
of
such consecration
and that the incumbent
of
the said parish should be
empowered to sell the same and that the said incum-
bent and
his
successors in title as owners
of
the said
piece of land should be empowered to build upon the
