Tempo Acquires ALM Works to Enhance Portfolio Offering with Unified Capacity and Product Delivery.

Boston-based team time management and productivity solutions company Tempo Software has acquired Boston-based project management solution provider ALM Works, to deliver strategic portfolio management offering, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ALM Works, developer of the structure for Jira software suite. Jira software suite enables project and programmeme managers to make better decisions, work more efficiently, and deliver predictable results.

ALM Works helps over 5000 organisations worldwide visualise, track and manage progress across large-scale, complex projects. Tempo and ALM Works together will provide a suite of purpose-built programme management apps to meet project, programme and portfolio management needs for over 70m users within the Atlassian Ecosystem.
