Coming into force with immediate effect
The Secretary of State previously decided that it was necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the vicinity of Rhinog Fawr by reason of an emergency having arisen there.
That emergency having now passed, the Secretary of State has decided that it is no longer necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in that area and makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016( 1).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Rhinog Fawr) (Emergency) (No. 2) (Revocation) Regulations 2017 and come into force with immediate effect.
Revocation of Regulations
2. The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Rhinog Fawr) (Emergency) Regulations 2017( 2)
(b) The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Rhinog Fawr) (Emergency) (Amendment) Regulations 2017( 3)
(c) The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Rhinog Fawr) (Emergency) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2017( 4)
(d) The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Rhinog Fawr) (Emergency) (Revocation) Regulations 2017( 5).

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke the instrument which imposed emergency restrictions on flying in the area specified in the Schedule to that instrument, the emergency in question having passed.
