Luxury wines company The Duckhorn Portfolio Inc (NYSE:NAPA) on Thursday priced its secondary public offering of 12,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of USD20.50 per share.
The public offering is initiated by certain company selling stockholders.
In addition, the company has provided the underwriters with a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 shares of common stock from its Selling Stockholders at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
