The European New Car Assessment Programme, a European voluntary car safety performance assessment programme based in Leuven, has launched assisted driving ratings for seven cars deployed with highway assist.

The BMW iX3 received very good rating, while the Mustang Mach-E and Seat Cupra Formentor received good gradings. The organisation rated Assist systems in Geely's [Volvo Cars] Polestar 2 and the Hyundai Ioniq 5 as moderate, while the Toyota Yaris and Opel [aka Vauxhall] Mokka-e received entry level status.
