CIMA issues revised members' handbook

The members, handbook, a vehicle for the institute's constitutional documents and some of its subordinate documents, has been updated. The publication's content has been revised and its navigability improved to make it easier for management accountants to refer to as an aid to compliance.

The handbook contains CIMA's charter, byelaws and regulations. These govern the conduct of all students and members, plus that of CIMA's management through its council. They underpin the institute's regulatory framework, forming the building blocks for the professional standing of its members and students through regulation, monitoring and, where necessary, disciplinary procedures. In short, they help to ensure that members are competent, trusted and working in the public interest.
