(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 6th April 2014.paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 6, andparagraph 11(1) (b) and (2) of Schedule 8.the Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1987the Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996(4) The amendments made by Schedule 9 have effect.(1) In these Regulations—
