The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(2) and 5(4) of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 19671, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:

S-1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2013.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967.

S-2 Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Act

Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Act

2. In Schedule 2 to the Act2(departments etc. subject to investigation)—

(a) insert at the appropriate place—

“Regulatory Policy Committee”

(b) omit the following entries—
