The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 2(3)1and 93(1) and (7)2of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 19903, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation, commencement and application
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st May 2005.
These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
2. These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
Amendment of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990
3. For Schedule 4 to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 19904substitute the following—
