government information services), and from Brian Chapman (on comparative European
bureaucracy). It
is
hoped to arrange in addition
a
further paper to be given by
a
visitor
from abroad.
Two members have moved from Birmingham-B. Ostry to bccomc

Research Fellow
at
the
London School
of
Economics and Political Science, and
A.
J. Willcocks
to
becomc
an Assistant Lecturer
at
Nottingham University.
