The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 20171, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (The London Institute of Banking & Finance) Order 2021 and shall come into force on 2nd January 2022.
Competence to grant awards
2. The London Institute of Banking & Finance shall be competent to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) and defined under section 42(3) of the said Act for an...
