The Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Amendment Rules 2006

Made 28th November 2006

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 29th November 2006

Coming into force 22th January 2007

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 20001and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby make the following Rules:

S-1 Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Amendment Rules 2006 and shall come into force on 22nd January 2007.

S-2 Amendment to the Schedule to the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Rules 2004

Amendment to the Schedule to the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Rules 2004

2. For the Schedule to the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Rules 20042substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Rules.

Form of application for recording a deed in the Register of Sasines

(This note is not part of the Rules)

These Rules amend the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Rules 2004 by replacing the prescribed form to be used when making an application for recording of a deed in the Register of Sasines.
