Jet2 is gearing up to welcome back passengers as it relaunches its summer holidays with flights returning from next week.

The airline has revealed it will restart flights from July 15 after the Government released a list of countries, including Spain and France, where passengers will not need quarantine upon their return.

However, Jet2 has kept the likes of Bulgaria, Montenegro and Portugal, out of its restart plans due to the quarantine measures in those countries.

If you are joining the company on an upcoming flight, it has released a number of rules passengers must follow before arriving at the airport and while onboard, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Jet2 is asking holidaymakers to use the company's app and check-in online before arrival and then download their boarding pass ready to show at the gate.

Customers will need to scan their own boarding passes and show their passports to the flight attendants.

Travellers should also use a mask and should put this on before making their way into the airport and use it throughout their journey.
