(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Single European Sky (National Supervisory Authority) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 12th December 2013.(2) The Single European Sky (National Supervisory Authority) Regulations 2004(3) The Single European Sky (Functions of the National Supervisory Authority) Regulations 2006
  • In these Regulations—
    • (1) The CAA is the national supervisory authority for the purpose of performing the tasks and functions assigned to such an authority under the measures listed in Schedule 1.(2) Section 4 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982
