The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) , (2)(d) , (3) and (4), 2 , 3(1), (2), (3)(a) and (c) and (4), 4(1) and (3) , 5(1), (2) and (4) , 7(1) and (4) , 8(1)(a) and (2)(a), 14, 18(1), (2), (4)(b) and (5) to (9) and paragraph (c) of the definition of “employer” in section 37, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 1, paragraph 4(a) of Schedule 2, Schedule 3, paragraph 18 of Schedule 5, paragraph 6 of Schedule 6, and paragraphs 1(2)(ii), 2(2)(ii) and 5 of Schedule 7 to the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 .Annotations:
