The Water Supply (Water Fittings) (Scotland) Byelaws Extension Order 2024

Coming into force 10th May 2024
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 19801and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Water Supply (Water Fittings) (Scotland) Byelaws Extension Order 2024 and comes into force on 10 May 2024.
Extension
2. The period during which the Water Supply (Water Fittings) (Scotland) Byelaws 20142are to remain in force is extended to 12 May 2029.
