After hearing Counsel on Thursday, the 17th day of March last, upon the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Wilson, Sons, and Company, of Kingston-upon-Hull, the Owners of the late Steamship or Vessel "Xantho," praying that the matter of the Order and Order or Decree set forth in the Schedule thereto, namely, an Order of Her Majesty's Court of Appeal of the 7th and 8th of June, 1886, and also an Order or Decree of the Probate, Divorce, and Admiralty Division of the High Court of Justice of the 25th of February 1886, might be reviewed before Her Majesty the Queen, in Her Court of Parliament, that the said Order and Order or Decree might be reversed, varied, or altered, and that it might be Ordered that Judgment might be entered for the Petitioners with Costs, or that the Petitioners might have such other relief in the premises as to Her Majesty the Queen in Her Court of Parliament might seem meet; as also upon the printed Case of the Owners of Cargo per the late Steamship "Xantho," lodged in answer to the said Appeal; and due consideration had this day of what was offered on either side in this Cause:

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, in the Court of Parliament of Her Majesty the Queen assembled, That the said Order of Her Majesty's Court of Appeal of the 7th and 8th of June 1886, and also the said Order or Decree of the Probate, Divorce, and Admiralty Division of the High Court of Justice of the 25th of February 1886, complained of in the said Appeal, be, and the same are hereby Reversed; And it is further Ordered, That there be a new trial of the action; And it is further Ordered,...
