Thank you for your letter dated 15 August 2025 inviting a reply from Trenitalia France
(“TF”) following the publication on the Office of Rail and Road’s (ORR) website of the
further information, clarification and representations regarding the use of capacity
at Temple Mills International depot (“TMI”) submitted by the applicants, by Eurostar
International Limited (Eurostar) and by interested persons/parties.
