Unemployment to stay high in developed world.

The recovery in employment markets will remain weak next year for most nations in the developed world, according to a new research report from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Its "Employment outlook 2014" forecasts that the average unemployment rate will drop in the 34 OECD member countries from 7.4 per cent in mid-2014 to 7.1 per cent by the end of next year.
