Smith come per les mains son veraye Tenant a qje plaintiff per protestation nient conusant le tenure pur plee dit a le dit John Bevil ne unques fuit seisi des dits services per les mains le dit Robert Smith come per les mains de son veraye Tenant, & sur c issue fuit prise sur a special Verdit fuit trove, scilicet q, le dit Robert Smith tenoit les Tenements avandits de le dit John Bevil come de son Mannor avandit, & qje dit [58] John Bevil fuit seisi del fealty & suit del Court tantum parcel de les services avandits per les mains le dit Robert Smith, mes si soit seisin de touts les services ou nemy ils ne scaye &c.
