(rule 81.30)

To: The Governor of Her Majesty’s Prison (name of prison) or his deputy and to the Tipstaff attending on Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice, his deputy or assistants, and all police constables and other peace officers whom it may concern.

BY THE ORDER OF THIS COURT given this day it was Ordered that (name of contemnor) stands committed to Her Majesty’s Prison (name of prison) for [his] [her] contempt as set out in the Order.

AND (name of contemnor) is at present a prisoner in the custody of the Governor of Her Majesty’s Prison (name of prison).

THIS WARRANT COMMANDS you and every one of you in Her Majesty’s name to detain (name of contemnor) and keep [him] [her] in safe custody at Her Majesty’s Prison (name of prison) for a period of (specify period) from the completion of the sentence [he] [she] is at present detained for.
