ing a Building for holding the Courts and exercifing
the Jurifdi&ion of the Dean and Chapter of the

Perfons therein defcribed and named were conftituted Commiflioners
for building a Court-Houfe for holding the Courts and exercifing the
Jurifdiftion of the faid Dean.and Chapter, and for holding the Quarter
Seffions of the Peace and tranfafting the other Public Bufinefs of the faid
City and Liberty, and were empowered (among other Things) to pur-
chafe any Piece or Pieces of Ground, fuuate within the faid City and
Liberty of fFeflminJler, which they fhould judge proper for building a
