Consent to supplement the Control Period 6 (CP6) track usage price list
The Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to the parties’ request made under
paragraph 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 of the Track Access Contract to supplement the CP6
Track Usage Price List to include new rates for Class 805 and Class 807 passenger
vehicles.
For the purposes of the Track Access Contract, the section of the CP6 Track Usage Price
List titled “Passenger Variable Usage Charge rates” shall be supplemented by the
inclusion of:

Pence per vehicle mile
(2017/18 prices)
Class 805/M

This supplement shall have retrospective effect from 31 July 2023 until 31 March 2024.
Terms defined in the Track Access Contract shall have the same meaning in this notice.
The rates in the above table are 2017/18 prices,
consistent with the price base of the CP6 Track Usage
Price List.
