The <italic>African Journal of International and Comparative Law</italic> CONTRIBUTIONS

The African Journal of International and Comparative Law is a bilingual (English–French) publication, appearing in February, June and October. The Journal welcomes articles on Public and Private International Law and Comparative Law for consideration by the Editorial Board with a view to publication. Two copies of articles should be sent to:

The Editorial Board will consider articles which comply with the following:

The submission is an original unpublished work which is not being submitted for publication elsewhere. This is to ensure that the Journal remains an authoritative source of legal research on law in Africa.

The submission should not exceed 12,000 words.

The manuscript must be typed double-spaced on one side only of A4 paper. Contributors are kindly requested to accompany their manuscripts with an electronic copy on diskette where possible.

Footnotes must be numbered consecutively through the article and typed double-spaced on a separate sheet of paper.

A submission of less than 4,000 words may be considered for the ‘Shorter Articles’ Section.

Letters and comments on legal issues are welcome but the Editorial Board reserves the right to edit them or to refuse their publication.

Contributions to the African Journal of International and Comparative Law express the views of their authors and not necessarily the views of the Editorial Board.

Son Comité de Rédaction reçoit tout manuscrit de droit international, public ou privé ou de droit comparé et se réserve le droit de faire les corrections de style qu'il jugera appropriées.
