The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.3)(England) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 108(1)(a) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 20051:
Citation, commencement and application
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.3)(England) Order 2006.
(2) In this Order “the 2005 Act” means the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
(3) This Order applies in England.
Commencement of section 84 of the 2005 Act
2. Section 84 of the 2005 Act, to the extent that it is not already in force2, shall come into force on 1st October 2006.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force in England section 84 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (c.16)on 1st October 2006, to the extent that section is not already in force.
