The Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2003

Made 17th July 2003

Laid before Parliament 21th July 2003

Coming into force 11th August 2003

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 4(1) and 4(6) and section 7(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 20001, and after consultation with the Secretary of State Northern Ireland2in accordance with section 4(7) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, hereby makes the following Order:

S-1 This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information...

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 11th August 2003.

(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

2. The bodies and offices listed in Schedule 1 to this Order shall be added to Part VI of Schedule 1 to the Act, at the appropriate place in each case.
