Force Majeure
l11.1 "Force Majeure" (or

Agreement

No
party
to
a Relevant Agreement shall
be
responsible
for
any
failure to fuffil its
obligations
under
such
agreement if,
and
to
the
extent that, such failure shall
be
caused by,
or
directly or indirectly
by
reason
of
, Force Majeure, which makes it impossible
or
impracticable for
that
party to comply with such
obligations.
l11.3
A party affected
by
Force Majeure shall use all reasonable endeavours
to
minimise
the
effects
of
that
Force Majeure
upon
the
performance
of
its obligations
under
the Relevant Agreement.
