anonymous. To bring in an obligation to be cancelled.-A man bought debts due upon obligations, and gave his own obligation for the money to be paid for them ; and because he had not (quod pro quo) but only things in action, and the seller would not use action upon them for the benefit of the vendee; It was ordered here by the assent of the Judges thereto called, that the vendor should bring in the obligation to be cancelled (37 H. 6. 14 [1458-59]).
