anonymous. The feoffee shall retain the land to his own use, surattainder de felony.-If (cestui que use) be attainted of felony, the lord shall not be aided by subpoena to have his escheat; and if the heir be barred by the corruption of his blood, then the feoffee, as it seemeth, shall retain the land to his own use (5 Edw. 4. 7 [1465-66]).
