Deciding whether to appeal
The Refusal Letter explains the grounds on which you may appeal if you think the Entry
Clearance Off‌icer’s decision is wrong. The time limit for appealing is 28 days after you
received the Refusal Letter.
Fees for your appeal
Most immigration appeals require a fee to be paid before the tribunal will process them.
