Track Access Contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited and
Arriva Rail North Limited dated 3 March 2016 (“Track Access Contract”):
Notice of Consent to a Supplement to the Track Usage Price List
The Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to the parties’ request made under
paragraph 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 of the Track Access Contract to supplement the
Track Usage Price List to include rates for Class 331 and 195 vehicles.
For the purposes of the Track Access Contract, the section of the Track Usage Price List
titled “Passenger Variable Usage Charge rates” shall be supplemented by the inclusion of:

Pence per vehicle mile

This supplement shall have retrospective effect from 1 April 2019.
Terms defined in the Track Access Contract shall have the same meaning in this notice.
The rates in the above table are in 2017/18 prices, consistent with the price base of the
Track Usage Price List.
