An Act to extend the Time for the Completion of
the Aihenry and Ennis Junction Railway; and
for other Purposes. [13th July 1863.]

HEREAS by "The Aihenry and Ennis Jundion Railway 23&24Vict.
Act, I860," the Aihenry and Ennis Jundion Railway c-cc-
Company (in this Act called "the Company") were incor-
porated, and authorized to make a Railway from the Midland Great
Western Railway of Ireland at Athenry to the Limerick and Ennis
Railway at Ennis.- And whereas it is expedient that the Time limited
by the said Act for the compulsory Purchase of Lands and for the
Completion of the said Railway should be extended : And whereas the
said Railway
w ill
communicate at Ennis with the Limerick and Ennis
Railway, which Railway is leased to and worked by the Waterford and
Limerick Railway Company (in this Act called the Waterford Company)
under Powers to that Effect granted by " The Waterford and Limerick
25 & 26
Vict.
Railway Act, 1862:" And whereas it is expedient that the Waterford C-CXC1#
Company should be authorized to subscribe to and hold Shares in the
Undertaking of the Company as herein-after provided: And whereas an
Agreement, dated the Twenty-seventh Day of May One thousand eight
hundred and sixty-three, has been entered into between the Company and
the Waterford Company with respect to the Working and Use of the
