Fuit agree en Blaxtoris case, que quant un case vient en Chancery al issue, entant cj^ le Chancery ne poit appeller un jury a lour bar a tryer cest, le Chancellor mesme doit deliver Tissue ove S3 maines mesme in le B. E. & ils try Tissue la $ un jury, & sur le verdict devoynt doner judgment, & nemy retorne le matter en le Chancery at'ore, quia donq^ le Chancery est ridd de cest. Et si Tissue soit destre try in Durham, au auter franchise; lou ne sont compellable al Westm. de tryer un issue, come en Ireland, &c. donq^ le course est, q^ B. E. escrient a tiel lieu a tryer Tissue, & a ret cest en B.
