turnover of
the
companies
surveyed.
The Lloyd method of
data compilation involves
direct contact between Per-
sonnel Executives and the
Lloyd team of researchers.
This not only results in
sal-
ary data which is genuinely
up-to-date but also ensures
an extremely accurate
matching of job functions.
The Survey has been
carefully prepared to be of
practical use ot Personnel
Management and Depart-
ment Heads in the accoun-
tancy, data processing and
marketing sectors of indus-
try. The findings - though in
considerable detail - are
clearly presented and easy
to assimilate with particular
attention drawn to the
important facts in each set
of statistics.
